The A41.1927 is a professional surgical operating microscope engineered for dental and ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) procedures. It combines a single tiltable binocular head, motorized 1:6 continuous zoom, coaxial LED cold light illumination, and a built-in 4K HDMI camera system with a 27" 4K monitor — delivering precise magnification, clear visualization, and real-time image documentation for clinical, teaching, and research applications.
Built-in yellow and green color filters are adjustable via the built-in button. The yellow spot helps prevent rapid resin curing during restorative work, while the green spot improves visibility of blood vessels under the operative field.
A medical-grade LED white light source delivers high color temperature, high color rendering index, and high brightness with excellent color reduction. Compared with traditional halogen lamps, it is more suitable for stomatology procedures, consumes less energy, and offers a service life of up to 100,000 hours — reducing fatigue during prolonged use.
With the eyepiece kept at the same level and the doctor's sitting posture unchanged, the main mirror can swing left and right to observe different positions without repositioning the patient or the operator.
The body integrates a 4K HDMI camera system with wireless mouse operation — no computer required. HDMI and USB outputs work synchronously, and a high-speed SD card supports photo capture and video recording. Additional functions include same-screen image contrast, HDR (wide dynamic range), image freezing, image inversion, and digital magnification. Real-time image output to a connected display supports clinical work, teaching, and scientific research, and is widely used in video conferencing, telemedicine, micrography, and video projection.
The A41 series covers three configurations for ENT and dental surgery. The A41.1924 is the basic version with a single binocular head tiltable 0–200° and manual 5-step zoom (3.6x, 5.4x, 9x, 14.4x, 22.5x). The A41.1925 upgrades to 1:6 manual continuous zoom (2.5x–21x) with a built-in 4K HDMI camera and 27" 4K monitor. The A41.1927 features 1:6 motorized continuous zoom (2.5x–21x), also with a built-in 4K HDMI camera and 27" 4K monitor. All models can be upgraded with an optional assistant head, beam splitter, various adaptors, or an external camera for sharing real-time images to an LCD monitor, mobile phone, or computer.
